The Book Box is a set of 20 exquisitely designed dummy books contained in a sleek and sturdy case, each featuring different industrial bookbinding methods, from perfect binding to Smyth-sewn signatures on traditional hardcovers.
Designers and educators often struggle to showcase the intricacies of bookbinding to their clients, peers and students. We wanted a tool that would make this easy for us and we couldn’t find it. So we made one. The Book Box is more than just a collection of books; it expands on how they are made, what techniques and materials are used and, of course, where to find these techniques on The Book Block and The Book Cover.
The Book Box is the perfect tool for meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions, allowing you to skip the boring slide deck and let The Book Box do the talking.
